Gregory Galfo became interested in audio recording at the age of 15 after learning how to solder and build electronic kits from his brother, Chris. He began recording on a “reel to reel” tape deck and soon after, he learned how to mix using a 4-channel mixer; during that same time period he learned the fundamentals of photography (also from his brother) and built a home darkroom.

He is currently producing, engineering, and recording Anvil Records artists, compiling a collection of Wagner's back catalog, his own back catalog, publishing, and pursuing licensing opportunities for Queen of Swords Music (Wagner's [BMI] publishing company), and Majestic Heart Music Publishing (his [ASCAP] publishing company).
"It's a balancing act," Galfo said during a interview.
